The Invisalign System is a virtually invisible treatment that uses an innovative approach to effectively straighten teeth. Invisalign treatment uses a series of custom-made removable aligners with unique SmartForce technology that gradually moves your teeth to the ideal position. This is a great alternative if you are looking to improve your smile but are not interested in wearing traditional metal braces.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of Invisalign ?
The cost and treatment of Invisalign ranges from $7,000 to $8,500 depending on the complexity of your treatment. The fee also includes a complimentary set of clear aligners as well as take home whitening so you can start your treatment with whiter teeth and get used to having trays in your mouth.
Do I need to pay the whole amount at once?
A 50% deposit is required upon beginning Invisalign treatment, and the remainder is paid off over a 12 month period as per our Payment Plan Agreement (see below for options).
Will Health Funds cover Invisalign treatment?
Depending on your Health Fund policy and whether or not you have orthodontic coverage is the first thing to consider. Invisalign is generally covered the same way as ordinary braces. The best way to know for sure is to give your Health Fund a call.
How long does Invisalign treatment take?
The length of treatment varies from individual to individual with an average of 10-14 months for most patients.
How often do I wear the aliners?
A minimum of 22 hours a day. When you are eating, brushing or flossing the aligners are removed but other than that they should remain in the mouth to do the best and quickest job at moving the teeth into the desired place.
